Be prepared for a very long wait. They overbook and never seem to be on time especially for cleanings! Tried to use them when I worked in the same building figuring I would lose less time from work if I didn't have to drive to the appointment but was I wrong! They were so bad about keeping to their schedule (& I realize that for dentists there are emergencies that will throw their schedules off but this as for their cleanings!!), it was easier and quicker for me to drive somewhere else and come back and I lost less time from... read more
I have been going to Dr. Sushil Patel at Maitland Greenberg Dental for over 3 years. I have had nothing but excellent care by Dr. Patel and his staff. They are always kind, friendly and polite. Dr. Patel explains any work needed and discusses options. I have not had any issues with wait times. I moved from Maitland to Casselberry and I refuse to go to any other Dentist! Thanks for all the great care!
WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE! Def. NOT COMING BACK! Had a dentist appointment for a regular cleaning, came in 10 minutes before hand to fill out any paperwork etc. Had to WAIT an HOUR AND 30 MINUTES until I was seen from my appointment time!!! Once seated we didn't even do the cleaning but only the x-ray scans! Waited another 15-20 minutes in the cleaning chair to find another person beside me in the room waiting also.
