TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If you can go anywhere else, I would. First charges $80 for a consultation but wasn’t given a warning about that. Then, they couldn’t get the X-rays they needed because the instrument wouldn’t fit in my mouth, and was told “we don’t have different sizes in this office”. The doctor came in and asked if he could try. After horrible, blinding pain I felt like my gums were bleeding and he announced “I don’t think we can do anything for you because you can’t do the X-ray.” I got a refund because I was angry, ... read more

Orthodontic doctor is great, front desk ladies can't do there job and are very unprofessional. Most likely will switch locations in the near future .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My appointment was at 8:30. I arrived at 8:13. I waited until 9:22 before being told it was still going to be a while before I'd even be called back. After trying to keep my baby from screaming in a sweltering hot lobby for over an hour, we had to leave. I was never even seen. I asked if any other location was perhaps more adequately staffed and they gave no such information. Very unprofessional not willing to assist when it comes to appealing insurance for things that are medically needy. Refused to assist and hung up in my face. And refused to speak with me on the matter.

Very unprofessional office. Did not explain what you owe and when it’s due. Every time they bring you back and sit you down that’s when they ask for payment. It was a very strange way of doing business.
