The staff need to be careful about talking about patients in the hallway both for privacy purposes and miss understanding by the patient. As I was waiting for Dr Weissler I could clearly hear my case being discussed and the cases of other patients mixed-in with loud laughing. Dr W was excellent however.
Dr. Ross is hands down a very gifted and talented physician. She did my breast reduction & arm lift and I was initially happy with the results. She is patient, kind, and will give you honest feedback of results and realistic expectations. 5 stars, and highly suggest her for her hard work, professionaism, & diligent care for her patients. With that being said, I am giving Greenberg Plastin Surgery 1 star for their customer relations, & follow up care. I visited this office recently and Dr. Shomorony was top notch! He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful and thorough. The office is warm and inviting and very clean! Can't recommend Dr. Shomorony enough!
