Dr. Weissler was very professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. His staff from Melissa to Verona made me feel very comfortable as I was very nervous.
I recently visited for a consultation and experienced a longer-than-expected wait time—just over 2 hours. I understand that delays can happen, especially in busy medical settings, but this felt a bit excessive. While waiting, I spoke with a few current patients who mentioned that wait times of 1.5+ hours are fairly common, so it may be helpful for the office to revisit scheduling practices or provide more transparency around delays. The office is very nice they offer water, coffee and snacks while you wait. All the staff are very professional and nice and the Dr was very sweet and explain everything about the procedure and pros and cons.
My Consultation was very relaxing. I felt comfortable and informed.
The staff are all kind and respectful. I loved how my procedure was explained so thoroughly both by the PA and the physician. I was very impressed by the on time scheduling and that I felt like they remembered me from a previous consultation. I’m not ready for photos yet, but I can already tell that I am going to love these results.
