Horrible experience. Everyone there is so rude especially the lifeguards. I haven’t had a bad experience with any of the front desk employees but the lifeguards are overly strict. They got mad at my siblings because they were trying to see who could hold their breath the longest. Overall just a bad experience.
The indoor pool itself is a nice design with a kids pool directly connected to a lap pool through a short channel. The facility and pool is a little old, even with the recent "renovations". My biggest issue is every time I've gone to the heated indoor pool, it's been freezing. They consistently claim the pool is heated to 82 degrees, but there's no way. Charge for a baby despite their website saying babies are free. Under 1 is free per website. This pool is not what it used to be. Used to be more child friendly now they don’t even know how to politely speak to a child with autism.
Always enjoy experience.
