The Greenbelt Station was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. The platforms were free of debris, lighting was bright, and signage was clear and helpful. I felt safe while waiting, and the overall environment was calm and orderly. It made my commute smoother and more pleasant from start to finish.

The metro station itself is great. Very clean, well maintained and customer service is excellent. There's tunnel connection under the train tracks to connect with the Marc Camden Line and the Hollywood neighborhood. However there is NO parking on that side, only pick up and drop off. So take your car over to the west side of the station if you want to park and ride. The problems arise however when you exit the station's main entrance and you don't have a car.
