Don't come to this dealer, especially to the parts area, days ago I went to pick up some parts that I had ordered and when I arrived a person attended me with disdain, I was never rude I was never rude but this person seems to know nothing about education he is a person who speaks little Spanish he treated me in a way as if he was doing me a favor by selling me parts I used to go by parts to this place but since that day I never visit them again if you have another dealer where to go go go don't come to Honda of Greenbelt
Scam alert. I bought a part for a Honda Civic 2013, kept the receipt as well. It turned out I didn't need the part so I came to return it. There was a Caucasian man who refused to take the part, insisting there was a bag with it. I was confused as I told him there was no bag I walked out with. I will be investigating, because if I remember correctly, the previous employee who handled my part took the bag off and threw it away before handing it to me.
