Very nice place and a very good environment.
I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Carl/Karl in parts today. He was condescending in his remarks and explanations. When I told him he didn't have to talk to me that way, he immediately told me it was me or my problem......instead of apologizing or reaffirming that he wanted to help me......which is simple customer service skills. Looks Like I spoke way too soon about this place. I had an accident about 7/8 months ago and I am fully aware that parts are in high demand right now as well as a lot of things are on back order due to the supply chain not being able to keep up with the demand. I came in on Monday to get my side mirror fixed, and after sitting for an hour, I was told they didn't have the parts.
