I agree, this is the worse dental office in America. They should be closed down. I plan to contact the better business bureau. They actually took me out of a chair to speak to me about a billing problem, that they submitted the paperwork to my insurance incorrectly. Needles to say, I was sent home without seeing the doctor. The office manager is the worst I have ever seen, she is extremely unprofessional and does not care about the patient. The only thing she wants is money. My son filled two teeth in their office and interestingly during the next visit they said that they need to be refilled since the dentist didn't do a good job!
