Great neighborhood, always felt safe and welcomed. Maintenance was great and timely. The prices are extremely fair. Would recommend. It was hard saying goodbye to my beautiful apartment.
Very bad place and worst maintenance. Never recommend anyone to lease here. Nosy neighborhood, you feel like it’s haunted. Very old buildings cracks everywhere. Foul smells, bad water, outdated equipment. Dangerous place, park your car with a bag in it. Your glass will be broken and bag will be gone by morning. There are complaints of homeless people taking shelter at the laundry rooms. Can’t imagine how bad this place is.
Their website has the wrong address to mail in application. The Manager knows of the problem and it still exists on their website. We mailed out an application and it "supposedly" went to a resident’s address. We were told a month and a half later that they did end up receiving the application, but it was shredded over 3 weeks ago. The maintenance and management is very bad. They make every reason to take the advance amount. The maintenance is the worst , there was faulty fridge, everything was getting spoiled. Even after making requests it took more then a moth to get a new one.
