I had a wonderful experience at HonorHealth Greenbaum Surgery Center. From check-in through recovery, every staff member was kind, attentive, and professional. The facility was very clean and well maintained, and even though they were clearly busy, the pre-op and recovery areas never felt chaotic or overcrowded. The process moved along efficiently and stayed on time, with minimal waiting throughout the day. I just can't say enough good about how well I was treated. Yes from the gal who checked me in and had me sign my life away to the kitchen staff! The nurses truly cared or sure acted like it. From the prep nurse to the surgical nurse then to the overnight nurses. I could not be more impressed by the level of care, the professionalism, the cleanliness and yes even the food! If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you Greenbaum staff, each and every person I encountered! With respect, Joe Baumer.
