New to the practice. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by the lovely, friendly receptionist. The dental hygienist and her assistants were absolutely wonderful. I was made to feel at ease and the whole procedure was painless. I have never had my teeth so thoroughly cleaned by any dentist at previous practices. Dr Dan was fantastic. He explained everything clearly and offered a variety of options. He is very gentle with patients suffering sensitivity. I felt that he genuinely cared and will explore all possible treatments.
I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful visit. My first time visiting the practice and seen Dr. Jordon Orth. He made me feel so validated, comfortable and took away my anxiety around dental visits. I am so grateful to the time and dedication he took in my visit. I can’t talk highly enough, so appreciative!
Today I had the prep procedure for a Crown. I have had numerous root canals, fillings and other procedures etc as well as extensive specialist works done over 40yrs. Without doubt the best General Dental Practice I have experienced. Jordan is an awesome, very skilled Dentist and Jacob is a very knowledgeable assistant. I can’t recommend Greenbank Family Dental enough! The whole team is so welcoming and professional, and they’re especially wonderful with kids. They take the time to explain everything patiently and make sure everyone feels comfortable. My child usually gets anxious at the dentist, but the staff here were calm, gentle, and so reassuring. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond to make each visit a positive experience.
