I have been living at Greenback Terrace for over a year and a half, I am so sad to be leaving. Natasha is absolutely wonderful and has made everything so smooth here. The apartments are nice and feel very homey. I will miss it here so much!
We lived there from 2021 until this month. We called this place home for over 5 years. We started out with Catherine as our manager who was awesome, understanding and kind and eventually moved up and Natasha (the true gem and heart of why this place is so amazing) the current manager moved up who is absolutely exceptional. Literally the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The neighbors are quite all around. They keep up on yard work and it's always so clean and fresh flowers and beautiful trees all throughout the complex. Maintenance is amazing, anytime you need something done they are on it. The pool area is so beautiful and relaxing! They are building a new playground for the kiddos as we speak. They put money into this complex in all the right ways. We had a wonderful experience with Greenback Terrace! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Natasha for her support and kindness throughout the entire process. She was always responsive, helpful, and truly cared about making sure everything went well for us. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference. We are very grateful and highly recommend Greenback Terrace!
