Literally the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The neighbors are quite all around. They keep up on yard work and it's always so clean and fresh flowers and beautiful trees all throughout the complex. Maintenance is amazing, anytime you need something done they are on it. The pool area is so beautiful and relaxing! They are building a new playground for the kiddos as we speak. They put money into this complex in all the right ways. We had a wonderful experience with Greenback Terrace! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. A special thank you to Natasha for her support and kindness throughout the entire process. She was always responsive, helpful, and truly cared about making sure everything went well for us. I’ve lived here for many years now and been very happy with the location and services compared to previous places I’ve stayed at. It’s quiet considering it’s conveniently located off sunrise and greenback. The apartment itself is well maintained and it’s easy to get maintenance work done by by applying online which I love most about it.
I’ve lived at Greenback Terrace Apartments for almost a year now, and my roommate and I have decided to extend our lease due to the amazing environment it offers. It has a gym, pool, dog park, and my personal favorite; in-unit washer and dryer! Natasha is very personable and EXTREMELY understanding, it’s relieving to be able to live in an apartment where the community manager works WITH you. I would absolutely recommend living here, everyone is so kind and inviting!
