I’ve lived here for many years now and been very happy with the location and services compared to previous places I’ve stayed at. It’s quiet considering it’s conveniently located off sunrise and greenback. The apartment itself is well maintained and it’s easy to get maintenance work done by by applying online which I love most about it.
I’ve lived at Greenback Terrace Apartments for almost a year now, and my roommate and I have decided to extend our lease due to the amazing environment it offers. It has a gym, pool, dog park, and my personal favorite; in-unit washer and dryer! Natasha is very personable and EXTREMELY understanding, it’s relieving to be able to live in an apartment where the community manager works WITH you. I would absolutely recommend living here, everyone is so kind and inviting!
I can’t say enough good things about this community, and especially about Natasha. She is the heart and soul of Greenback Terrace genuinely kind, incredibly personable, and always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’ve trying to get ahold of someone in this office for over a week now. JUST TO VIEW AN APARTMENT. I could imagine if I was a resident trying to get in contact with property management about a more pressing matter. Never a good sign when you’re looking to rent from a company that seems to never be available. Put in an application which was denied. No problem on the denial but it has been 2 weeks since they denied me and they have not even begun the process of returning my hold deposit. Applicants beware!!!!!
