Put in an application which was denied. No problem on the denial but it has been 2 weeks since they denied me and they have not even begun the process of returning my hold deposit. Applicants beware!!!!!

Wanted to share my experience since I've been living at Greenback Terrace. I've been here since 2014 and it has been a good experience. The leasing managers are on top of things. Cathryn and Natasha go above and beyond to make sure you are took care of. The maintenance people are always helpful and take care of any issue you have in the apartment. They also have different events so you can get to know your neighbors.
I loved living at Greenback Terrence apartments very nice clean and quiet community. Neighbors are nice and friendly, Natasha, the leasing manager is amazing very nice very professional. She’s truly a great person.
Just wanted to share that the woman in the office I had to run in and get her name again it is Natasha thank you for making this experience so much easier I have met with a lot of leasing agents and it has been stressful until you so I am grateful. Thank you.
