I absolutely love calling this place home! It's truly my favorite spot to be. The peaceful and calm atmosphere makes it a pleasure to relax here. The property is always spotless and well cared for, which I really appreciate. Our property manager is wonderful—always helpful and friendly. I’ve a great experience living at Greenback. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The manager in the leasing office is very kind, professional, and always helpful whenever I need assistance. I appreciate the friendly service and would recommend this community to others.

Ashlyn was an amazing Apartment Manager. She was on top of everything I needed and sent out communications to keep everyone informed. She was kind and empathetic when I had any issues. The owners are lucky to have her as an employee! Excellent customer service! She made my move in and move out seamless. Bert, was in charge of maintenance and he was on it! Whenever I needed something repaired he fixed it immediately. Very kind and professional. Kudos to Greenback Ridge for such an awesome staff! Five star service!
