My husband and I have lived at Greenback Ridge Apartments since 2020 and have continued to renew our lease each year because of how great it is to live here. It is conveniently close to the freeways, Target, Walmart, Safeway, a variety of gyms, and quite a few parks, one of which is a nice walk to get to on Mariposa. We live in a 3 bedroom unit, which has vaulted ceilings, so it's nice that we don't have any upstairs neighbors, only 3 neighbors alongside of us. This is the 3rd apartment complex i’ve lived in as an adult. We’re on our 2nd year and planning to renew for a 3rd. I like that it’s a small community with enough guest parking for households with more than 1 vehicle. The manager is pretty solid at what she does. Just know that emailing is a better way to get in contact vs calling lol. The complex stays clean, there’s no disturbances & if our microwave don’t work or a drawer is loose they usually come check on it within 24 hours. The management here is amazing and make living here so nice Always on top of repairs and keeping the property looking great
I love living here. The people are super friendly and it’s so close to everything.
