Very fair and objective. Not likely to over value a property or be swayed by an irate spouse. I found him very equitable.
If I could give this guy a negative I would. Horrible appraiser I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worst enemy. Had an appraisal done by someone else in February and this yahoo was $30k less than that one. This guy is HORRIBLE!!!!
