I’ve had two separate encounters with this complex. Both which resulted in me not moving in. There was terrible communication from the start, especially when asked about availability. One person told me they wouldn’t have anything available until maybe June, & another couldn’t give accurate information. I was already warned about management from a few people beforehand………. I like living here the community is nice, never seems like there is anything sketchy going down or anything. The pool is nice whenever it’s acutally open. The nets maintenance staff is very nice and friendly and always is very helpful. Now the reason why I am giving Green Acres two stars is because the management is acutally horrible. I had to start doing work orders because the girl at the front desk won’t put them in.
