I like living here the community is nice, never seems like there is anything sketchy going down or anything. The pool is nice whenever it’s acutally open. The nets maintenance staff is very nice and friendly and always is very helpful. Now the reason why I am giving Green Acres two stars is because the management is acutally horrible. I had to start doing work orders because the girl at the front desk won’t put them in. It is a super nice and quiet place to live
Wooow asking price $1400 - $1700 for a 2 bedroom unit? But y'all won't answer the phone when the public calls with questions. I just gonna take a hard pass and take the tenant negative comments about this property at their word...Not sure why anyone would live here no one seems to ever pick up the office phone. Other than the fact its close to Walmart and Kroger's....I'm no longer feeling it.
I hate to give two stars, because the quality of the apartments aren't bad. I'd give it a 3.5/5. But the management. Wow. Not great. This is my first apartment. Other than a few small things, I enjoy my apartment. But the management here isn't good. Never answers the phone. So many people on the management team gives me different answers. They always close the pool without notice, and sometimes don't even unlock the gate when it's "open." Management treats you so well and is so attentive until you move in.
