A greedy establishment. I had lived in the home for 3 years up until this last July when they refused to renew my lease. They kicked me and my disabled family out after refusing to replace my air-conditioner like they had for any other unit. Apartments say renovated only renovated they did was slap paint over everything, theres air vents pained over that are shut. The ac didnt work for months after 7 request they finally sent someone to fix it. Baseboards look chewed on. The amenities on the website wasnt even fully accurate no playground, pool stays closed regardless of the schedule, they wishy washy as hell, office opens whenever they feel like showing up that day most days its closed, gym is inaccessible. Me and my 3 sons have lived here for 3 years and we love it. The maintenance guys are awesome! Randall the property manager is GREAT he takes care of his residents and doesn't put up with any nonsense. Stephanie is a very sweet and kind lady. Im planning on staying another year!
