Zo & Brandon are the best. We love our Maintenance Team. They work really hard on keeping the community up.
The staff was very friendly. The property looked amazing I highly recommend
Stephanie was helpful, friendly, and quick to reply to my questions. However, the turnover in staff here is a testament to the place itself. Moldy, AC units constantly failing, gas heat that does not keep the place warm in the winter, lack of management upholding community standards, a gym that is only open when management is there to unlock it… do not waste your $. Would give negative stars if possible.
Update: 08/28 - Spiders right outside the doors are becoming more of an issue. Even when pest control came by, they only did inside the units. You need someone to come by and take care of the spiders and other insects constantly coming into the unit! Im SICK of finding earwigs, along with spiders bringing in their 10 to 20 babies. Will say here is not quiet. Kids constantly screaming outside, and of course not a parent in sight to control them. Inside the unit is nice.
