Will say it's a pretty quiet place, surprisingly. Inside the unit is nice. Can't hear neighbors through the walls which is a huge plus. Difficult to nearly impossible to find that. Not fond of all the pests (indoor/outdoor) and swarm of spiders right outside the front door, constantly making webs that I have to walk under. And the large amount of roaches and/or huge beetles that live around the dumpster area. Also, the "private patio" isn't very private. Don't even wanna sit outside. I use to live at this complex years ago and I paid to break my lease. I had been getting text from a collection agency telling me I owed them. I called August Oaks and spoke to Cynthia who was truly amazing!!! She helped quickly and notified the collection agency and let them know I did not have a balance. She also went above and beyond to write a letter to a property manager I am interested in moving forward with and let them know of the situation.
