Update: 08/28 - Spiders right outside the doors are becoming more of an issue. Even when pest control came by, they only did inside the units. You need someone to come by and take care of the spiders and other insects constantly coming into the unit! Im SICK of finding earwigs, along with spiders bringing in their 10 to 20 babies. Will say here is not quiet. Kids constantly screaming outside, and of course not a parent in sight to control them. Inside the unit is nice. Edit: I take it back! Not quiet! CONTROL YOUR SCREAMING KIDS!!! Will say it's a pretty quiet place, surprisingly. Inside the unit is nice. Can't hear neighbors through the walls which is a huge plus. Difficult to nearly impossible to find that. Not fond of all the pests (indoor/outdoor) and swarm of spiders right outside the front door, constantly making webs that I have to walk under. And the large amount of roaches and/or huge beetles that live around the dumpster area. Also, the "private patio" isn't very private. Don't e... read more

I use to live at this complex years ago and I paid to break my lease. I had been getting text from a collection agency telling me I owed them. I called August Oaks and spoke to Cynthia who was truly amazing!!! She helped quickly and notified the collection agency and let them know I did not have a balance. She also went above and beyond to write a letter to a property manager I am interested in moving forward with and let them know of the situation.
