If I could give the property manager Randall Pollard 0 stars I would. We have been trying to get a refund from all move in costs totaling $2,445 due to the unit we were rented being unlivable. We were scheduled to move in on 11/22/25 and upon inspecting the unit we immediately did not feel it was a good fit for us health wise.I have enclosed all videos and pictures included. A greedy establishment. I had lived in the home for 3 years up until this last July when they refused to renew my lease. They kicked me and my disabled family out after refusing to replace my air-conditioner like they had for any other unit. My disabilities include Fibromyalgia, which leads to extreme pain in high heat, only exacerbated by their greed in driving us out as poorer customers.
