I canceled this company in July because they couldn't kill the bugs after three or four applications and did nothing to bring the lawn back. So I had to do 5 pallets of St Augustine sod since they left..Three of those pallets were done two weeks ago. So I look on my camera today and the guys servicing my lawn when I canceled them in July. And they put chemical on the three pallets of new sod. New sod is not supposed to be fertilized for at least a month or two. I used them to prep my lawn for new sod and they have been the only weed company I have used to maintain it and they have ruined the new sod. Despite their promises they will fix it they don’t and the lawn just gets worse. I’m going to have to take them to small claims court to get my money back when they could have solved this and kept a customer. Chris has been servicing my lawn for years now, he makes sure his employees are knowledgeable on lawn management issues. Chris takes the time to diagnose, treat, and fix any issue WHILE training employees at the same time. My lawn truly reflects the companies work as I’ve never seen is this beautiful and vibrant.
