Doctor is amazing. Company is wild. It is legit though! But pray to the gods somebody shows up for your appointment time. There is no staff at the moment so you can't call and confirm your appointment or get anybody at the clinic unless the doctor is there. I also suggest not paying until your appointment time due to that reason. I recommend going to somebody else if you have high anxiety like I do!

There never open when they say that they are. Automated phone calls instead of a real person. Even when I made an appointment they weren't there.

The other negative reviews were right, I have tried to contact this company for like a week now, and been ignored completely. Several phone calls and requests for emails were promised, but never followed through. They have a very advanced AI system over the phone, but what is the point if no human ever gets involved or gets back to you? I was able to find another ND in Seattle, who saw me the very same day and was a pleasure to work with. I was very pleased at my appointment with Green Wellness’s Dr.Today. She listened and was very helpful and caring about my situation. Even the front desk lady was very nice and helpful getting all my paperwork processed for my appointment. 👍🏻

Absolutely wonderful. Not only concerned about my current treatments but my future treatments as well.
