Pros: Clear and easy communication over text; you can leave a card on file and have it auto-charged; I like the supplies they use (my house doesn't smell like harsh chemicals afterwards, like with other cleaners I've hired); good attention to detail; reasonable prices for the area (I shopped around)--but they also seem fair to their employees (i.e., offer benefits like PTO and assistance with health insurance)...
