Beware of inconsderate Dominicans Iv'e been a tenent here for two years and i have to say that compared to other places it's ok. The rent is not bad but in the winter you do pay a lot in electric for keeping your apartment warm (200 to 300 a month) i'm on a second floor which is what i recomend for anyone who does not want to have children making noise over them, but the building that i live in is and has been pretty quite until a couple of month's ago when this dominican lady moved in below me. Excellent Maintenance Green Village provides excellent Maintenance. With in 15 minutes of time they will show up to rectify the problem. Rent of the apartment is reasonable compare to any other apartments in this city. Management ignores the pets where it is now allowed but i see lots of pets.
