We are buildimg our 4th homes with this builder. Did pass the time frame by 6 to 8 weeks. However, the quality is impeccable and price and unbeatable. We looked around for dozens of quotes however they beat all of them and everytime.
We live next door to one of their builds. First they took down our fence without notifying us. They have made a terrible mess of our house - render splattered everywhere and pavers ruined, fence still down after a 2 year build! The people moved in over a month ago and the builder doesn’t return calls. The neighbour says they can’t get in touch with them either!!! Looks like we will need to take legal action to get our home and garden fixed! So disappointing! Beware of the 5 star rating on this site as it is the builder Arif
