Me and my wife walked into this establishment on a slow Sunday Afternoon. There were three workers working in the store and we were the only customers in the store. When we walked in all 3 workers looked up stared at us and than ignored us and continued about there day. Remind you this place was completely empty and not busy at all. I truly enjoy fresh juice ;however, when I went to this location yesterday no one spoke, acknowledged or tried to help me. One of the workers was at the cash register while the other was refilling the drink and neither spoke. By the way, the place was completely empty and my husband and I were the only ones there. If I am spending my money, customer service is important.
This rating is for my experience at Green Vida today only. I have had more positive experiences in the past, but I was so disappointed in my experience today I decided to write a review. Today I ordered my usual sandwich of chipotle chicken on gluten free bread. When the order arrived to my table, it was on a wrap. Food is underwhelming for the price. The emphasis on fresh healthy ingredients is a plus but overall their menu looks better than it tastes.
2025: Dined here the other day and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was prepared fresh and to order. I had the chicken salad wrap with cole slaw and it was excellent. Large pieces of white meat chicken, apples, cranberries, lettuce and light mayo. The cole slaw was also great it was a mix of green and purple cabbage very light mayo. This was our first visit but will not be our last. Price was a bit high but reasonable considering the fresh ingredients.
