Please stay away from this builder. DR Horton is every yes I know but I moved into this home around 2020 and it’s been havoc every since. I was told my floor were laminar upon moving in. 10 months later my floors are bubbling all over(no water damage). My new toilet is chipped on the top tank and has backed up over three times. The vendors they hire to repair these issues while the home is in warranty are always late and come at late evening hours and do not fix but more so patch these items up.
