Not particularly helpful I called just to ask if they performed service on Electrolux/Weed Eater push lawn mowers. The person answering the phone didn't think so, but wasn't sure. So she recommended that I call back in a little while and speak with someone more knowledgeable, since they were all busy right then. I don't know about most other people, but this is not a convenient way for me to get something done on my to-do list.
More for the professional, but can be helpful Their hours are a good indication of who their clientele is: they're open 6a-4p. The shop is busy with landscapers going about their business. The hours and their location are my biggest complaints. They're counter techs are helpful and full of knowledge and I noticed their flat rate for repairs are about 10 bucks cheaper than other places I've reviewed.
