On 8/18 I had a weird need for pieces for a repair I was doing at home. Dave was the lucky one who got to try to help me. Amber is amazing. She knows everything about this store. Her ability to manage the employees is very noticeable. It is always a pleasure to shop here.
Gabby is awesome
Friendly and personable staff, offered Veteran's discount always nice to get. They are always there to assist, unlike other hardware stores in Sahuarita. I thoroughly enjoy shopping here they always have some unique products offered on sidewalk sales. It brings that small Midwestern town experience to Green Valley.
I had a problem with my bicycle seat and Randy at True Value solved it quickly and courteously. Now I'm riding in style and comfort. Thank you Randy for your kindness and professionalism. I'll be shopping at True Value from now on.
