Arriving i totally forgot my folder with paperwork the ladies up front at check in were the best pulled out the paperwork and even helped me fill out.
Absolutely positively PHENOMENAL staff !! Was a little nervous didn't need to be they made the WHOLE process easy and FLAWLESS. Cataract surgery was not only a breeze but SUCCESSFUL. I'm 63 and this is the 1st time I don't need glasses!! THANK YOU this makes life SO MUCH better!! Again can't thank you enough!! 5 STARS*****
This was my first time being treated at a “surgery center” for an invasive procedure where general anesthesia was being used (I was having an eye removed) Maybe this is the new “normal” in our for profit healthcare system. Worst surgery center I have ever been to. Nurses are too busy gossiping to pay attention to patients. They have you arrive really early, get you set up in a recliner and then make you wait for hours. They overbill your insurance also. I had to appeal their bills to my insurance.
