Very poor customer service. I was treated rudely and charged excessively for organic waste disposal, with additional fees for palm material that were not reasonably explained. When I questioned the high cost, I was dismissively told I could take the material back if I thought the price was too expensive. That response was unprofessional and unacceptable. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this facility and do not recommend it to others seeking fair pricing or respectful service.
