For the amount of services GVR provides, you'd be challenged to find any other retirement community in the United States that has more affordable dues (about 50 bucks a month). Also, 80-90% of the home owners association fees across Green Valley are more affordable than you'll find anywhere else (around 100 bucks a month). Beautiful, clean, excellent staff.
GVR has a lot to offer. For the base price of $530 yearly it allows you access to tons of pools, Jacuzzi, workout equipment, racquet sports and more. There's small yearly fees for clubs and slightly larger ones for crafts and hobbies. I'm assuming materials costs are not included for the most part.
