GVR has a lot to offer. For the base price of $530 yearly it allows you access to tons of pools, Jacuzzi, workout equipment, racquet sports and more. There's small yearly fees for clubs and slightly larger ones for crafts and hobbies. I'm assuming materials costs are not included for the most part. I go here to play outdoor shuffleboard. Wonderful, very friendly, considerate people. Very good courts, plenty of equipment available.

Getting scary in Green Valley. Sheriffs department has gone 'DEFUNDING'. Increasing volunteers that do the drive by's in neighbourhoods and never getting out of the car!!! In a hurray to get back to the break room to see what 'sweet treat' others have brought in. And guess what, a volunteer 2/24/24 had a guest that 'blocked' the sidewalk completely for hours by parking up over it.
