READ THE REVIEWS!! The one positive review is a family member. The woman running this office is incredibly difficult to work with. She’s rude, unprofessional, and is a terrible communicator. It took over a week for her to reply to our initial application and that was after texting and calling as well. Then it was weeks later she texted saying it was rented out. The only positive to come from this is we decided to buy!
We rented a beautiful, spacious house at a great price. We rented for a while until we had to move out of state, otherwise we would still be renting with them. They have high cleanliness standards which keeps their rentals in great shape. They have yard maintenance taken care of so the yards always look lovely. If we move back to southern oregon we will definitely be searching for one of their homes. If you are looking for a simple, clean, well-built home to rent, this is the company to go with.
Terrible management. When moving from her apt to a house, she never followed up with the landlord. Also changed the locks in the middle of moving even though wasn’t late on rent. I will not use this company again
My family has rented from this company for the last 10 years ~ out of 8 companies they have been the best landlords since we moved to Grants Pass back in '96. When something breaks they are "Johnny on-the-spot" – which is a rare thing these days. Our home is NICE! All the doors, trim, cabinets and drawers (lots of them) are oak throughout. The design of our home is smart and generous – they have high standards and have obviously invested a lot into building their rentals.
