At this pharmacy they do their best to help their customers no other pharmacy has helped us with explaining the medications like what they did. I saw an unfair review and it happened that I witnessed that situation and the customer was very aggressive with manager for unreasonable requests and the manager handled it very professionally. Customers need to understand their capacity and have reasonable expectations.
Every experience with this pharmacy has been so horrible. I will never come to this pharmacy every again and would advice anyone going through IVF to avoid the extra frustrations with dealing with this pharmacy. Unorganized, misinformation and staff that clearly don’t care about clients.
