An amazing surgery of fantastic caring doctors, nurses (Kate is amazing) and reception staff. (Grace is beautiful always friendly). Always going above and beyond for excellent patient care. Dr Ikram is a fantastic thorough doctor, specialising in women’s health and overall a wonderful doctor who ensures she delivers quality service and consultancy. Thank you Green Valley Medical Practice for providing excellent service to our community.
I had an appointment booked for 2:45 pm, but I wasn’t seen until 4:05 pm. This is completely unacceptable and shows a clear lack of respect for patients’ time. People plan their days around these appointments, often taking time off work or rearranging important commitments and delays of this length should not be treated as normal. Dr Ikram is a very caring and thorough doctor who really takes the time to listen to her patients. She doesn’t rush appointments and makes you feel comfortable and understood. What I appreciate most is how she looks deeper into things and considers solutions you might not have thought of. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and wants the best outcome for them. I’d definitely recommend Dr Ikram to anyone looking for a thoughtful and attentive doctor.
