Came here because I had a blister on my toe and they treated me so well the nurse was wonderful she let me hold her hand while it got cut of and the nurse gave me some pain relief before she cut of my infection on my toe!
Interestingly I found my ex, wanting citizenship had seen a psychologist at this centre a 'dr salu Dean ' and apparently without my ex I would commit scde, or fall into addiction, and depression According to this 'dr' I have mental health issues Yet there was no follow up or follow through, no referrals, I had never been a drug user much less addict I guess money between friends is a small price to pay for labelling someone with illnesses or conditions that in-depth assessments didn't find Migration agents beware I've shown ... read more
Each time I’ve come I’ve waited over an hour and 15 minutes to be seen, I booked at 11:45 and got in around 1:20 and today I’ve booked 9am the first appointment of the day and I’ve been told the doctor doesn’t usually come in until 10am why is the surgery taking booking from 9am knowing the doctor doesn’t attend the practise until later it’s so ridiculous.
Dr. Sorani is an excellent and compassionate professional. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. I truly appreciated their patient-centered approach and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality care
Reception staff are ok, doctors are not the greatest..what I like best is your appoint is at 9am and doctor arrives at 10, no sorry for wasting 1 hour of your time. Then you go in and it's a shit show
