Too bad experience and long waiting time not coming again. Was here for my 3 years old kid. There was only 2 or 3 patients in total and still there no call for anyone of us.
This practice is so bad we had waiting time for dr sehar ikram 1 hour and i was with my kid for her chekup .. felt annoyed and left the practice because iam a doctor too and i know the value of time its the most important thing in our career ..
This medical centre is really cooked. Very rude staff. Waited there for 1:40 min with kid but still no response. If you ask anyone they reply rudely. Dr was totally free and not attending anyone still making everyone wait
This clinic is cooked, book at a certain time dont see doctor till 2 hours later this has happened everytime i have been, looks like many others in the waiting area were in the same boat, so inconsistent.
Dr Ikram is a horrible doctor. My telehealth appointment was at 12:45pm I only received a call at 3:40pm. I was then left on hold for an additional 30 minutes and once taken off hold was spoken to rudely. She also refused to give me a script that I have been regularly prescribed by multiple doctors over the course of 8 years. Incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful.
