My husband purchased a 2.24 princess cut diamond from them. I couldnt find a setting I liked from them so I chose ***** ***** jewelers. On inspection under a microscope they found a chip on a corner. This makes the diamond unsettable because of the risk of chipping it more.When I went back to Green Valley jewelers they would do nothing. My husband had to purchase another diamond. If purchasing loose stones from Green Valley jewelers make sure to view them under a scope because they will do nothing to make it right!!
A wonderful experience...I was in their store for the first time, just last week. While some jewelers remind me of used car salesmen, I think you'll agree...if you choose to visit the store...they are easy going and will treat you with respect!
