Well for some reason green valley grocery can’t get a system together for their shift changes that Doesn’t keep customers waiting 20 minutes outside . It took the clerk 10 minutes just to come out and say that he will be another 10-15 minutes . What the heck takes 25 minutes to count stuff out. I personally have worked in retail throughout the years and never did we close up when there’s 3 employees 2 holding the pen one writing. It’s just plain rude and an inconvenient to the customers. Beautiful store. Horrible customer service from employee called Morgan. She seem upset about something and was very rude to everyone in the store. People like that should not be hired for customer service.
The actual Green Valley Grocery part has been closed the last several times I have tried to purchase from the shop. The doors were locked and there was always someone inside telling people to go away. I don't know how I caught that both day and night and all hours of the day. Never going to try again.
