I live at Green Valley Apartments, i have a one bedroom which is very nice, no mold in my place! I moved in June 2021 and like the complex.....thanks to the efforts of the manager Mikayla it's a nice place to live!! Duke Electric provides the power and my bills are very reasonable.
This place is a bomb when it comes to electric bill. Additionally, different rules for different tenets. You will be lucky to have an apartment without mold.
I would never ever suggest anybody live here. Terrible place to live.
