I lived in this apartment community for about a year and a half in one of the newer buildings. When I first moved in, things seemed fine aside from some minor issues with my flooring and finishing details. The location was relatively quiet at first, but the noise between floors was always a major problem. Maintenance claims there are four feet of insulated space between floors, but in reality, it’s closer to two, and the insulation is poor. I moved here a few weeks ago and unfortunately the experience so far has been a nightmare. Toilets filled with feces upon moving in, broken heat, random scalding water in the showers, cigarette butts in the windows and on the patio, and now our oven is heating itself up to extremely high temperatures while it is set to 'off'. I've lived in my fair share of apartments and have never had anything but good experiences so this is definitely upsetting and surprising. Please do your research before moving here.

I was charged an excessive amount fees for cleaning upon moving out. I was charged the entire month for trash removal, carpet cleaning, and late fees for rent. It was discussed at the office and there was no mention of charging me until the 6. I had an apartment so I didn’t need until the 6th. They are not a very upstanding company. I had professional cleaners every other week. Scandalous. There is a high turnover so e sure u stay or don’t go. Neither representative was professional. Look elsewhere!

The buildings are poorly constructed, management is unprofessional and caddy and the maintenance personnel are primarily incompetent handymen with the exception of a few.
