The buildings are poorly constructed, management is unprofessional and caddy and the maintenance personnel are primarily incompetent handymen with the exception of a few.
Management and maintenance respond quickly to concerns. The new units are spaciousness and have decent amenities. My only major complaints are in regards to disrespectful tenants, parking and lack of adequate dumpster units.
Worst Apartment, Worst Customer Service, Called for emergency assistance and No showing up for 5 days now. DONT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT FOR THE STAY IN EAST STROUDSBURG
