They did not show up for my husband’s Sunday 4:00 am pick up for transport to the Tucson Airport. They did not answer the phone at the time, nor later this morning. We left a message and they did not call back either. We had confirmed the ride Friday. This No Show, No Answering the phone is not acceptable when you need to get to the airport for an important trip. We will not use this service again!
