This company...man I tell ya what, avoid it like the plague. Our roof was done quick, even cut the wires for our satellite for us. They had to come back to re roof a section because they cut corners thinking we wouldn't notice....we did. Had a sagging gutter that they literally ripped down, did our siding and less than 10 months later it is falling off and not a peep when I try to get them to fix it. At best it's a fly by night storm chasing company that does substandard work that "looks good" until you really look at it.
We were not given a final itemized bill after the roof work was done, and we were told we needed to get our chimney repair done by another contractor. Even though they included it in their estimate. 1 year waiting for our chimney guy to fit us in following the Durecho in Dec 2020, and State Farm says they billed us for work they didn’t do. Now we have to pay out of pocket for the chimney work. As well as materials not used on our home. Totally shady, ZERO STARS!
IN THE BEGINING. They were quick to get the job started. Finished the roof. HOWEVER over 6 months later and 6 requests later my gutter which they remover to roof ????why??? IS STILL laying in the grass. They disconnected the elbow on the down spout never connected it back together.. was told they would sent guys to fix it but. Well no it's not happened yet. Would have noticed before they were paid had we been living in the house. But no hey sneak out the back door and ask to be paid.
After looking at BBB A+ rating, I reached out to GreenUSA in Feb. They were very quick and pushed me to sign the contract to fix my house siding. Ever since they gave multiple reasons to delay to work. Now the manager who handles IOWA projects says that they have stopped working on every project in the state. Literally wasted 7 months of my time. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
