The company that built my house, Lennar, did a terrible job grading it for drainage. I talked to Randy & Pat about the worst area, which needed over 150' of drainage line with connections to the gutter downspouts. It didn't work as well as planned & wasn't draining the area completely after it rained. Talked to them about it, Randy proposed an additional French drain system to connect it. Very helpful and had what I needed.
Service was mediocre at best. Administratively, a nightmare to work with. Have moved on from this company and it's proven to be a much better experience with the new company:
Unhappy. They did not guarantee their work after taking $6000 dollars from us. 12 the plants died within 3 months. As a former landscape contractor for over 30+ years I ALWAYS guaranteed my work. I should have done a better job finding a professional company. Communication was poor, I had to chase them to get someone to respond to my work request and post work completion. I rarely ever leave bad reviews unless you work hard for it.
