GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!!! After moving out and cleaning the unit from top to bottom and patching/painting everywhere for 3 hours and missing one spot under the bar, you will be charged $150 from your security deposit. $150 charge for a little touch-up paint underneath the bar!!! You could buy a whole truck of paint for the amount charged for one missed spot!!!
