Lease ended in 1/26. Moved out in 12/25. Notice given on 10/25. Today is 3/24/26. Still waiting for my security deposit PLEASE!
Overall, the apartment I leased was fair and comfortable. My experience there was pleasant enough. However, my only issue was that my security deposit was never returned even though I left the apartment in clean and perfect conditions. No reason was ever given to me. Other than that, I spent several wonderful years there.
Won’t fix anything thats broken or if they do it take MONTHS to fix it. I didn’t have ac in July, August and some of September and I would ask on the daily when are they gonna fix it!
