These people are horrible. Horrible customer service. Horrible manners. Keep pointing the blame back on the customer despite accurate records on my part. AVOID THEM IF POSSIBLE!!
I just spoke with Cody, a supervisor. he was very rude refused to allow me to speak with anyone else. His answer was just NO.
