I am writing this review as a warning to potential buyers or renters! Do not associate with this shady organization! Take your money elsewhere. Their staff are unpleasant and difficult to deal with in your every day dealings, particularly their main point of contact Megan. Then they will ultimately do everything in their power to deny you of funds due to you at the end of your dealings. They stole funds out of my security deposit without proper substantiation. As an electrical contractor I can not say enough about Green Tree. Their way of building relationships and their processes are top notch. We are thankful that we work together on projects in the tri-state area. Bill and his team are outstanding!
Bought a house from them in July of 2019. So far so good. We had some hiccups prior to signing the deal, but once it came time to close the company was very helpful in coming to deal. Fixing was done in a timely manner and Tom H did a great job working with me directly to feel like my property was taken care of. The ability to work directly with people was a great to see and so far they have been honorable throughout the deal. Time will tell, but so far I am very happy with my new home.
