all the front desk and hygienist and employees are great, super helpful and kind. we've been going here since two owners ago. the visit before last, both my partner and I were advised to get night guards, at $360 each, $720 total. these were unneeded and overpriced. this money should have gone to rent or groceries. we felt misled and ripped off. wish they wouldn't squeeze money from folks who are already poor like us. we'll find another dentist.
Excellent service at really great prices. If you don't have insurance their inhouse membership rates make dental care very affordable.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the office is clean and neat. For those with children, there’s a designated area to keep them entertained while they wait for their appointment. I waited less than five minutes in the waiting area before being called to a room. The doctor was pleasant and friendly, clearly explained the procedure, and made sure I understood everything by asking if I had any questions.
