I’d give -1 star if possible! This complex is very unprofessional. They don’t care if something breaks ! A gutter that’s broken o well water getting splashed on ur head! The maintenance is crap ! They don’t exterminate and u will have extra room mates crawling everywhere! They can’t even keep grass cut ! I swear this place was better when it was The KM projects!
I've never done anything I was proud of here.
Need better workers I lived there for years never bothered anyone. I was evicted wrongly. The guye said if I left I wasn't evicted. They lied there are many ppl in that development. That was evicted are living there now. It's not fair at all the way they did me. I always paid my rent if I was late I paid extra. It was wrong and they know it
