Marlene I was very impressed with Dr. Petritis. I did not sense any level of frustration about all my questions and concerns about my dog. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly. She seemed genuinely concerned that all my questions were answered. This was the first time that my dog seemed relaxed during her exam. I love the fact that the examing table can be raised up or down to accommodate the size of the animal. The table itself is padded and can also register the animal's weight. GTAC is outstanding I was stunned to see Dr. Etherton blasted in another review. She has been wonderful with the pets we have brought to her over the last 14 years. We have never been rushed out, and I find it incomprehensible that she would allow an animal to suffer because she was in a rush to leave. On the contrary, she has stayed late when I came in with an animal in acute distress. That is simply not the vet I know. I will not let her get sucked into this childish behavior. She will research your claim and will report to all authorities the findings of this accusation. We recently lost our 10 year old boxer mix who was dear to us and a true family member. I think they're great I don't usually write reviews, but felt impelled to when I read the mean-spirited comments written by another client. I've taken my cats and dog to Green Trails Animal clinic for 3 years. We have seen all of the vets and they all are very caring for my menagerie of pets. One of the best Vets in Naperville I have been taking my two dogs and two cats to Dr. Sonja Grimm at Green Trails since they were all babies. Dr. Sonja has to be one of the best vets in Naperville. She is caring, understanding, compassionate, patient, tolerant of my millions of questions, and always answers them with wonderful detail and explanation. Dr Etherton Totally let us down We brought our dogs to Dr Ruth Etherton for 10 years and our Yellow Lab died in her care. She is a cold and uncaring Dr. She didn't even want to operate on our labs spleen 5 yrs ago because it was a holiday weekend. My husband insisted that she must in the event it ruptures - with a loud sigh - she finally agreed. Then 5 yrs later she operated on our lab for a twisted stomach.
