We hired Green Touch Irrigation to install a residential irrigation system. While the initial work appeared solid, the system was installed directly in an area we had clearly discussed would be under construction. This lapse in planning led to the need to reroute irrigation lines shortly after installation. Top notch work and customer service! I can't say enough about how nice everyone was, and the great attention to detail. They all take great pride in their work and it shows. From Jessie setting up all the dates, Aric giving me a great quote and overseeing everything, to the install guys (Matt, Chris, Brad, Alex and Juan) who came out every day and worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect! Disappointing. Our experience started out fine with Green Touch for our first 3 routine service calls. We called them out a couple weeks ago for the 4th time to troubleshoot a leak. Our valve box in our yard (which houses 3 valves) was filled with water. The technician was at our home for the 2:30 p.m. appointment when my wife got home from work at 2:20 p.m. He said he already looked at the valves, they were old and all 3 needed replaced.
