I agree with another reviewer who experienced the person answering the phone as being rude, but this was the least of my problems encountered. GTI sent an employee to my property last season who consistently did a rather poor job of cleaning and adjusting sprinkler heads. I eventually requested twice that the man not be sent to maintenance my system. The same employee was sent at the end of the season to blow out my irrigation lines.
