I've shopped at their Antelope/I-80 store a few times and always received 5-star customer service. Their service, selection and prices make it worth the 15 minute drive despite the fact that there are two shops closer to me.
My little plants were just not happy and I went in looking for better dirt. An associate asked me what my symptoms were and explained that I had a PH balance issue. (Noobie.) They steered me in the right direction with some food and a ph tester. Learned a lot! Good experience at the Citrus Heights store!
Was told to bring in some things and they would buy them. Drove over an hour to get there and was told they didnt have the money. They then told me to try back kater and was told they just didnt want the items. BAD BUSINESS

Been a long time customer, but the last few times I've been in the prices have gone way up and all the staff will say is new updates in the system and the prices went up. So after I paid 50 bucks for a couple of t5 lights and 9 pot saucers, I told them to keep it! They are not the only hydro store in town.
