I have used Green Thumb Floral Boutique for all three of my proms, and they always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were always so kind, accommodating, which made the ordering process very seamless and easy. They truly put love and care into all of their products. They played a huge role in making my proms so magical and special. I highly recommend you use them for any events. I will definitely be using them for any of my future events.
Very rude & unprofessional business! On multiple occasions! On social media as well as on the phone! Was put on hold by her and she hung the call up and never returned it. Very unprofessional service and will never be making any contact to do business with her ever again! The staff was never contacted only the owner, who was extremely rude & unprofessional from the very first conversation! I ordered flowers through a third party website, and I paid for the delivery to come by one in the afternoon to get delivered before my wife left work. The third party didn’t send my order to green thumb in time and instead of waiting the next day to deliver them, they drove almost an hour and a half to my house to make sure my wife got the flowers in her anniversary.
