I honestly do not know how to feel about their services but one thing I do know that they are not a reliable company at all. I have called so many times to see if my bin can be picked up. No answers or yes, you are on the list but now it's been more than a week. I requested cardboard pick up from them, they agree that they can do it! Never came, called and called. No answer and then when I spoke to someone she was so sweet and nice, but still never got the service I requested. So that's the only reason why I am not giving th... read more
Very professional and the young fellow who came to service us was just a sweetheart( Enrique, they are very lucky to have such a nice Guy!). Price was very competitive, the service fast ( 99 boxes) in less than 30 mn. The office/ sales staff was very efficient and courteous as well. I am very happy about my experience with this company.
